1、摘要對(duì)于地震、瓦斯、有毒氣或者空間狹小的場(chǎng)所,作為普通的人,我們難以完成某些任務(wù),因此可以去尋找一些人類的替代品。而蛇作為一種無脊椎生物,靠身體的蠕動(dòng)可以靈活完成這些任務(wù)。本課題以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以LPC2131和51單片機(jī)為控制器,實(shí)現(xiàn)蛇形機(jī)器人的3個(gè)自由度運(yùn)動(dòng),蛇前面裝有攝像頭、紅外避障、數(shù)字遙控接收器、NRF905無線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸模塊、超聲波測(cè)距模塊、LCD1602顯示,監(jiān)測(cè)部分用軟件上位機(jī)來實(shí)現(xiàn),方便人們了解情況。蛇形機(jī)器人分為四個(gè)模塊:電源、控制器、機(jī)械模塊和無線傳輸模塊。蛇的執(zhí)行部分主要有直流減速電機(jī)和MG955
2、舵機(jī)。以開關(guān)電源為主要部件,給直流電機(jī)和舵機(jī)分別提供12V、5V電壓,控制器用蓄電池作為電源。機(jī)械模塊以UVPC管為原材料,鋸成蛇身體的單元結(jié)構(gòu),再以鉚釘連接。無線控制部分由NRF905進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸,遠(yuǎn)程控制由無線式數(shù)字遙控實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文主要介紹了蛇形機(jī)器人機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的制作方法,各個(gè)功能電路的原理,各模塊的集成設(shè)計(jì),各部件的選擇及連接方式,各種元件的控制方法,及其實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,充分展示了制作蛇形機(jī)器人的整個(gè)過程。關(guān)鍵詞:LPC2131,蛇形機(jī)器人,直流減速電機(jī),舵機(jī),NRF905IABSTRACTForearthquake
