2、不同SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3和SiO2-高嶺土含量對多孔碳化硅材料結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的影響。SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3和SiO2-高嶺土的含量影響碳化硅多孔陶瓷的氣孔率、硬度及其抗折強度。本次實驗采用了阿基米德法測量多孔陶瓷的氣孔率,采用洛氏硬度儀測量了其硬度,采用萬能材料試驗機測量了其抗折強度。實驗結(jié)果表明:以SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3為助燒劑,且SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3含量為20%時,所制備的碳化硅多孔陶瓷性能較以SiO2-高嶺土為助燒劑時優(yōu)越。以SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3為助燒劑,在1500℃可以制備出性能較好的多孔碳化硅陶瓷。當(dāng)S
