1、各專業(yè)完整優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)圖紙大功率LED燈設(shè)計(jì)及其熱分析摘要發(fā)光二極管(LightEmittingDiodes)照明比喻為照明的“綠色革命”,它以其高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、應(yīng)用靈活、壽命長(zhǎng)、安全性高等等一系列的優(yōu)點(diǎn),成為即白熾燈、熒光燈后的又一新興換代光源。尤其近些年來(lái)隨著大功率LED照明產(chǎn)品在日常照明領(lǐng)域的不斷深入普及,使得半導(dǎo)體照明日益受到全球的普遍關(guān)注,但隨著功率的不斷提高,大功率LED的熱問(wèn)題也日益突出,限制了它早日走入尋常百姓家的路途,也成為制約其繼續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素之一,因此,其散熱問(wèn)題亟待解決
2、。本課題就是從大功率LED散熱問(wèn)題入手,通過(guò)分析與研究大功率LED燈具的散熱結(jié)構(gòu),優(yōu)化大功率LED燈具整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),快速地散發(fā)掉由LED光源芯片產(chǎn)生的大量的熱量,進(jìn)而有效地改善其散熱,提高更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的大功率LED燈具照明產(chǎn)品。本文對(duì)LED技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的全球研究狀況與未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了概括而簡(jiǎn)明的論述,介紹了本文研究背景及意義。已明確的研究目的開展研究?jī)?nèi)容,從根源從發(fā),首先對(duì)LED熱問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生進(jìn)行闡述,建立完整的熱學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行理論分析與實(shí)際測(cè)試比較。其次,對(duì)大功率LED燈具的散熱器主要影響散熱的各個(gè)因素進(jìn)行單一
3、的散熱性能分析與研究,并分別對(duì)散熱器高度H,半徑r,半徑R,環(huán)境溫度等等因素與LED芯片結(jié)溫繪制彼此曲線,清晰的反應(yīng)了各個(gè)因素對(duì)LED芯片結(jié)溫的影響(即大功率LED燈具散熱性能的影響)。最后,通過(guò)利用有限元熱仿真對(duì)大功率LED燈具散熱器進(jìn)行模擬仿真,使對(duì)整個(gè)燈具的散熱情況更加明朗。關(guān)鍵詞:LED熱設(shè)計(jì)熱分析Ansys40DesignofHighPowerLEDLampandThermalAnalysisAbstractThelightemittingdiode(LightEmittingDiodes)
