1、橡膠履帶牽引車輛改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)(無極自動(dòng)變速器方案設(shè)計(jì))摘要設(shè)計(jì)了一種液壓機(jī)械無級變速器,該裝置由一個(gè)單行星排機(jī)構(gòu)、變量泵-定量馬達(dá)構(gòu)成的液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和多檔有級變速箱組成。在分析液壓機(jī)械傳動(dòng)形式和液壓傳動(dòng)類型的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了拖拉機(jī)的總體傳動(dòng)方案,對液壓元件及機(jī)械參數(shù)的選擇方法進(jìn)行了闡述,分析了變速器的無級調(diào)速特性。繪制了理論牽引特性曲線,分析比較了改進(jìn)前后牽引特性。裝有液壓機(jī)械無級變速器的拖拉機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了速度的連續(xù)無極變化,在任何牽引力時(shí),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)都在接近于滿負(fù)荷點(diǎn)工作,大大提高了拖拉機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性。為了研究液壓機(jī)械無級變速傳動(dòng)裝置的特性,以東方紅1302R拖拉機(jī)機(jī)械液壓無級
