1、摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是江淮冷藏車改裝設(shè)計(jì)。冷藏汽車是采用隔熱車廂為保溫裝置，并利用不同的制冷裝置，從一定程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)各種易腐貨物的運(yùn)輸。在查閱相關(guān)資料，分析對比了國內(nèi)外冷藏車發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。從而提出了這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的目的和意義，同時(shí)開展畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容。本次設(shè)計(jì)中主要針對冷藏車的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了整車總體布置的設(shè)計(jì)、二類底盤的選擇、隔熱車廂的設(shè)計(jì)、制冷系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、副車架設(shè)計(jì)以及整車性能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算。在各部分設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中，首先介紹原理分析對比后進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算和校核，依照選用為先原則進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)最終選定隔熱車廂填充材料為硬質(zhì)聚氨酯、制冷方式為非獨(dú)立式冷
