1、摘要本設(shè)計(jì)礦井為雞西礦業(yè)集團(tuán)哈達(dá)煤礦1.5Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)。煤層工業(yè)牌號(hào)為1/3焦煤，可采儲(chǔ)量173.46Mt，服務(wù)年限為80a。井田走向長度6.75km，傾向長度4.25km，共有四層可采煤層，全區(qū)可采，即23#、30#、36#、37#煤層，賦存深度+25m～-800m，總厚度8.1m，平均傾角13.7，頂?shù)装宕蠖紴榉凵硯r，硬度較高。其中23#煤層與30#煤層間距135m、30#煤層與36#煤層間距40m、36#煤層與37#煤層間距25m，區(qū)內(nèi)有四條斷裂都為正斷層落差范圍在0～250m，將井田劃分為四個(gè)區(qū)域。設(shè)計(jì)礦井采用雙立井開拓，劃分三個(gè)水平。本設(shè)計(jì)為第一水平開拓，采用梭式井
2、底車場(chǎng)，集中大巷采區(qū)石門開拓布置，井底車場(chǎng)和集中大巷布置在23#煤層底板中，30#、36#、37#煤層采用聯(lián)合開采，在37#煤層底板中布置集中上山。大巷采用兩輛10t架線電機(jī)車牽引3t底卸式礦車運(yùn)輸。設(shè)計(jì)采區(qū)為中央采區(qū)，走向長度2200m，傾斜長度1000m，煤層厚度2.5m傾角13.7。采用三條上山布置在煤層中，雙翼采區(qū)單翼回采，工作面長度190m，上行式通風(fēng)后退式回采，走向長壁采煤法，綜合機(jī)械化回采工藝一次采全高。通風(fēng)方式為兩翼對(duì)角式。關(guān)鍵詞可采儲(chǔ)量集中大巷采區(qū)石門走向長壁采煤法79AbstractThedesignofthemineforJiXiMiningGroupHaD
