6、制度(試行) 為加強(qiáng)對(duì)全國經(jīng)銷商、代理商的統(tǒng)一管理,規(guī)范各區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商、代理商的行為,確保公司產(chǎn)品在各經(jīng)銷區(qū)域的順利銷售,特制定本制度。第一章總則1、經(jīng)銷商是指公司在指定區(qū)域內(nèi)設(shè)立的經(jīng)銷點(diǎn),跟據(jù)公司銷售需求,可在同一區(qū)域設(shè)立一個(gè)或多個(gè)經(jīng)銷商,并且將各類經(jīng)銷商按等級(jí)分類管理,各級(jí)經(jīng)銷商必須遵守公司的經(jīng)銷商管理制度。2、代理商是公司在指定區(qū)域和指定期限內(nèi)享有獨(dú)家銷售公司產(chǎn)品的代理權(quán),公司在所指定區(qū)域和指定期限內(nèi)不得授予除代理商以外其他銷售商銷售公司產(chǎn)品權(quán)力。代理商可根據(jù)區(qū)域?qū)嶋H銷售情況,在自己代理區(qū)
7、域內(nèi)設(shè)立下一等級(jí)代理商或經(jīng)銷商,統(tǒng)一由代理商管理;同時(shí)代理商必須完成同公司簽訂合同的全年最低銷售額。3、本制度規(guī)定內(nèi)蒙古億利塑業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司特許經(jīng)銷商、代理商權(quán)限,運(yùn)作及業(yè)務(wù)處理等相關(guān)事項(xiàng),旨在使公司與各經(jīng)銷商、代理商之間保持良好合作關(guān)系,促進(jìn)雙方共同發(fā)展。4、代理商、經(jīng)銷商期限均為為一年,協(xié)議實(shí)行一年一簽制;5、內(nèi)蒙古億利塑業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司確定的經(jīng)銷商、代理商應(yīng)遵守公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度從事經(jīng)銷活動(dòng),不得做出損害內(nèi)蒙古億利塑業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司利益和形象的行為?! ?tofindsolutions.Esp
