2、TFR)basedonanadaptiveshort-timetransform(STFT),wavelettransform(WT),andWigner–VilleFouriertransform(ASTFT)ispresented.Inthisalgorithm,thedistribution(WD)arepopularchoices.However,thewindowanalysiswindowwidthisequaltothelocalstationarylengthwhichwidthofSTFTisinvariable,soitsuffersp

3、oortime-frequencyismeasuredbytheinstantaneousfrequencygradient(IFG)ofthesignal.Andtheinstantaneousfrequency(IF)ofthesignalisresolution.TheWTfailsbecauseitswindowdilationruleisnotobtainedbydetectingtheridgeofwavelettransform(WT).Thesignal-dependent(explainedafterwardsbythe?rstexamp
