1、畢業(yè)設計[論文]題目:3萬噸每年粗苯精制工藝設計學院:化學與材料工程學院專業(yè):煤炭深加工與利用姓名:學號:指導老師:完成時間:2013年5月27日設計說明粗苯精制工藝,是將粗苯經(jīng)化學加工轉(zhuǎn)換為氣體,液體和固體產(chǎn)物,并將氣體和液體產(chǎn)物進一步加工成一系列化學產(chǎn)品的過程。目前粗苯精制工藝過程有:酸洗精制法和加氫精制法。酸洗精制法工藝簡單,該法在我國焦化廠得到廣泛應用。加氫精制法工藝復雜,對設備材質(zhì)和自動控制要求高,該法在我國也得到一定的應用。本設計采用酸洗精制對粗苯精制工藝進行了設計計算,著重設計計算了粗苯
2、精制過程的關鍵設備。主要包括物料衡算,主要塔設備的工藝尺寸計算,并對關鍵設備進行了機械強度校核。通過物料衡算得到苯每小時產(chǎn)量為4.17t/h;按清晰分割計算得:輕苯進料量為5.796t/h;酸洗反應器進料量為5.723t/h;吹苯塔進料量為5.715t/h;按非清晰分割計算得:純苯塔進料量為5.4863t/h甲苯塔進料量為1.3125t/h;二甲苯塔進料量為0.5302t/h。通過對關鍵設備工藝尺寸計算得到:吹苯塔塔高H=27.45m;純苯塔塔高為17.966m,塔徑為1.1m。通過對關鍵設備機械強度
