1、摘要摘 要本設計為200T液壓機液壓系統(tǒng)。液壓系統(tǒng)主要由主缸運動、頂出缸運動等組成。本文重點介紹了液壓系統(tǒng)的設計。通過具體的參數計算及工況分析,制定總體的控制方案。經方案對比之后,擬定液壓控制系統(tǒng)原理圖。液壓系統(tǒng)選用插裝閥集成控制系統(tǒng),插裝閥集成控制系統(tǒng)具有密封性好,通流能力大,壓力損失小等特點。為解決主缸快進時供油不足的問題,主機頂部設置補油油箱進行補油。主缸的速度換接與安全行程限制通過行程開關來控制;為了保證工件的成型質量,液壓系統(tǒng)中設置保壓回路,通過保壓使工件穩(wěn)定成型;為了防止產生液壓沖擊,系統(tǒng)中設有泄壓回路,確保設備安
2、全穩(wěn)定的工作;本系統(tǒng)應用的電氣控制系統(tǒng),便于對系統(tǒng)進行控制,可以實現(xiàn)半自動控制,可以實現(xiàn)過載保護,保證系統(tǒng)正常運行。此外,本文對液壓站進行了總體布局設計,對重要液壓元件進行了結構、外形、工藝設計。通過液壓系統(tǒng)壓力損失和溫升的驗算,本文液壓系統(tǒng)的設計可以滿足壓力機順序循環(huán)的動作要求,能夠實現(xiàn)塑性材料的鍛壓、沖壓、冷擠、校直、彎曲等成型加工工藝。關鍵詞:液壓系統(tǒng);液壓機;畢業(yè)設計IIIAbstracAbstractThispaperdesignforthebolsterpressofhydraulicmachines.Mainfra
