1、吉康牌飲水瓶蓋的注射模具設(shè)計(jì)摘要本課題主要是針對(duì)吉康牌塑料飲水瓶蓋的模具設(shè)計(jì)，通過對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行工藝的分析和比較,36最終設(shè)計(jì)出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性，具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā)，對(duì)模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)，同時(shí)并簡(jiǎn)單的編制了模具的加工工藝。通過整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程表明該模具能夠達(dá)到此塑件所要求的加工工藝。根據(jù)題目設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是吉康牌塑料飲水瓶蓋注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)。也就是設(shè)計(jì)一副注塑模具來生產(chǎn)吉康牌塑料飲水瓶蓋塑件產(chǎn)品，以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化提高產(chǎn)量。針對(duì)吉康牌塑料飲水瓶蓋的具體結(jié)構(gòu)，該模具是側(cè)澆口的單分型面注射模具。由于塑件兩端相通，又
