1、摘要本文說明了顆粒包裝機(jī)的整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程。設(shè)計(jì)題目的選擇,設(shè)計(jì)方案的論證以及設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果的分析。該機(jī)為立式計(jì)量袋成型充填封口機(jī)多功能包裝機(jī).其運(yùn)動(dòng)方式采用連續(xù)式;計(jì)量裝置采用可調(diào)量杯容積式計(jì)量法;袋成型裝置采用象鼻成型器,并對其進(jìn)行了改型,經(jīng)過這種改型可以形成枕形袋;連續(xù)的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式采用輥式的縱封裝置和橫封,橫封輥兼有熱封和切斷的功能。此次設(shè)計(jì)中還采用了光電標(biāo)定等技術(shù),與光電標(biāo)定相配合的傳動(dòng)裝置是伺服電機(jī)控制的行星傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和凸輪機(jī)構(gòu);在設(shè)計(jì)中采用了無級調(diào)速機(jī)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)了包裝生產(chǎn)率的變化和包裝袋規(guī)格的變化。
