1、可伸縮熱采封隔器的設(shè)計(jì)摘要:由于目前熱采封隔器多采用熱脹式,該類型封隔器沒(méi)有管柱受熱膨脹補(bǔ)償裝置,而且解封時(shí)要降溫,但注完蒸汽后井溫很難降低,造成解封困難,密封效果不好。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了可伸縮熱采封隔器。該封隔器主要由密封機(jī)構(gòu),坐封機(jī)構(gòu),解封機(jī)構(gòu),扶正錨定機(jī)構(gòu),熱力伸縮補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu),安全脫卡機(jī)構(gòu)組成。它將封隔器與伸縮管設(shè)計(jì)成一體,確保了管柱受熱膨脹并簡(jiǎn)化了熱采管柱的結(jié)構(gòu);采用V形膨脹石墨密封圈組成密封系統(tǒng),確保伸縮管熱力伸長(zhǎng)時(shí)封隔器的密封性;采用左旋上提管柱坐封,右旋脫鎖,上提管柱解封,操作過(guò)程中不需降溫,確保了坐封與解封的可靠性。與常規(guī)熱采封隔器相
