1、摘要輸煤系統(tǒng)是電廠的重要組成部分,電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作的性能關(guān)系到電廠生產(chǎn)效率以及工人的身體健康。由于早期的輸煤系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化水平不高,人工作業(yè)量大,維護(hù)困難等缺點(diǎn),與現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)需求不相適應(yīng),因此提高輸煤系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化程度是必然選擇。電廠輸煤以往的控制方式落后,本文采用S7-200系列的PLC,以PLC為核心,設(shè)計(jì)電廠輸煤控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)輸煤系統(tǒng)的啟停,進(jìn)煤量的檢測與調(diào)節(jié),及備用系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)切換功能。首先從輸煤系統(tǒng)工藝流程出發(fā),對控制系統(tǒng)分析,設(shè)計(jì)合理的方案。其次,在硬件部分中對各設(shè)備選型,分析需要控制的量,有稱重信號,速度信號,報(bào)警信號,各設(shè)備啟停,進(jìn)煤量調(diào)節(jié)。以
2、S7-200PLC作為主控制器,設(shè)計(jì)電機(jī)和變頻器的控制電路,繪制電氣控制原理圖,通過PLC對變頻器的控制達(dá)到對皮帶機(jī)運(yùn)行速度的控制,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)煤量的調(diào)節(jié)。最后,在軟件部分,設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)流程圖和編寫系統(tǒng)的控制程序,以及對組態(tài)監(jiān)控界面的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控。在這輸煤系統(tǒng)中,進(jìn)煤量控制調(diào)節(jié)由觸摸屏監(jiān)控,不用在工業(yè)現(xiàn)場人工操作,減少工作量,提高輸煤效率。關(guān)鍵詞:輸煤系統(tǒng);PLC;變頻器;監(jiān)控IVAbstractThe?coal?handling?system?is?an?importantpartofpowerplant,andtheoperatingperfo
