1、齊齊哈爾大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)齊齊哈爾大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)題目香豆素衍生物熒光分子探針的合成及性能研究學(xué)院化學(xué)與化學(xué)工程學(xué)院28齊齊哈爾大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)摘 要以香豆素-3-甲酸為原料,經(jīng)氯乙?;弥虚g體香豆素-3-甲酰氯,進一步與2-吡啶-8-氨基喹啉反應(yīng),得熒光分子探針(SHK-1);香豆素-3-甲酰氯與過量的乙二胺反應(yīng)合成得到SHK-2;2-吡啶-8-氨基喹啉經(jīng)氯乙?;弥虚g體,進一步與無水哌嗪反應(yīng),最后與香豆素-3-甲酰氯合成得SHK-3。上述產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)1H-NMR表征,均為目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物。經(jīng)初步篩選后,研究了熒光分子
2、探針SHK-1在中性緩沖溶液中對金屬離子的識別性能。結(jié)果表明,SHK-1可以選擇性熒光猝滅識別Cu2+、Fe3+。SHK-1與Fe3+絡(luò)合后,SHK-1在波長為351nm處,熒光峰強度猝滅31%;與Cu2+絡(luò)合后,SHK-1在474nm處,熒光峰強度幾乎完全猝滅,猝滅比率達97%。定量分析顯示,SHK-1與Cu2+形成了1:1型絡(luò)合物。金屬離子競爭實驗表明,常見的金屬離子均不干擾SHK-1對Cu2+的檢測。關(guān)鍵詞:香豆素;熒光分子探針;Cu2+28齊齊哈爾大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)AbstractCoumarin-3-methy

4、edandsynthesizedthroughreaction.SHK-2wassynthesizedusingthecoumarin-3-methylchlorideandexcessethylenediamine..2-pyridine-8-aminoquinolinewaschloroacetylatedusingtherawmarterial,whichisthemediumsofsynthesizingcomplicatedfluorescentprobes.Andthenfurtherreactionwitha
5、nhydrouspiperazine,finallytheSHK-3wassynthesizedthroughcoumarin-3-methylchloride.Thestructurewasconfirmedby1H-NMRcharacterizationoftheaboveproducts,arethetargetproduct.Afterinitialscreening,fluorescentmolecularprobesoftheSHK-1wasstudiedintherecognitionperformanceo
6、fthemetalionsintheneutralbuffersolution.TheresultsshowthatSHK-1canbeselectivefluorescencequenchingidentificationofCu2+,Fe3+.AftercomplexationwithFe3+,atthewavelengthof351nm,thefluorescencepeakintensityquenchingof31%;AftercomplexationwithCu2+,atthewavelengthofthe47
