1、蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)染料廢水處理工藝設(shè)計(jì)摘要本文首先論述了含染料廢水處理方法的現(xiàn)狀和進(jìn)展,尤其是在化學(xué)法、生化法以及物理化學(xué)法中的新技術(shù),其中包括膜、超聲波、等離子體、超臨界水氧化法(SCWO)、光催化氧化法、電化學(xué)氧化法等方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)各種方法和技術(shù)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)和分析。其次,介紹了固體超強(qiáng)酸光催化劑的制備、光催化性能等,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于固體超強(qiáng)酸光催化劑的研究。并展望了固體超強(qiáng)酸催化劑的研究和應(yīng)用前景。然后,介紹了二氧化鈦光催化降解活性染料廢水的研究成果,對(duì)影響二氧化鈦光催化降解活性染料廢水的各種因素,如催化劑的形態(tài)、溶液的pH值、光源與光照強(qiáng)度和溶液
2、中其它物質(zhì)等,并提出了今后的發(fā)展方向。最后,在實(shí)驗(yàn)中通過自制SO2-4/TiO2固體超強(qiáng)酸催化劑,確定了影響其光催化性能的因素,并將其應(yīng)用在光催化處理染料廢水中。通過改變各種實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù),確定了處理染料廢水的最佳條件,并評(píng)價(jià)和分析了SO2-4/TiO2固體超強(qiáng)酸催化劑對(duì)染料廢水的降解能力。結(jié)果表明:SO2-4/TiO2固體超強(qiáng)酸催化劑在光催化處理染料廢水方面是大有發(fā)展前途的催化劑。關(guān)鍵詞:印染廢水固體超強(qiáng)酸光催化降解TiO2AbstractThepresentstatusandprogressoftreatmentmethodsofwastewatercontainin
