1、北方民族大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))甜高粱秸稈纖維素降解研究甜高粱秸稈纖維素降解研究摘要伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷增長(zhǎng),化石能源在不斷減少,而能源需求越來(lái)越多,使用化石能源還帶來(lái)一系列的環(huán)境問(wèn)題。人們?cè)诓粩鄬ふ倚碌那鍧嵞茉?,以取代化石能源,其中由植物纖維素生產(chǎn)的燃料乙醇成為研究熱點(diǎn)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)以甜高粱秸稈為原料,將其經(jīng)氨水預(yù)處理之后,先后用木聚糖酶和纖維素酶處理,將秸稈中的半纖維素和纖維素轉(zhuǎn)化為還原糖,在木聚糖酶和纖維素酶水解液分別接入紅酵母和釀酒酵母,利用還原糖轉(zhuǎn)化成所需產(chǎn)物。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,木聚糖酶水解秸稈的最適反應(yīng)條件為50℃,
