2、幾何模型。運(yùn)用FLUENT前處理軟件GAMBIT了網(wǎng)格的劃分。在FLUENT軟件中對兩種模型的流場進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)態(tài)數(shù)值模擬。在主閥閥芯的性狀不同、邊界條件相同和節(jié)流口開口寬度不同、邊界條件相同時(shí)對流場進(jìn)行模擬,找出影響閥芯壓力和速度分布的因素。在對主閥口進(jìn)行模擬時(shí),分別對比不同開口寬度時(shí)的沿程壓力分布情況,進(jìn)而選擇出最適合此處的主閥閥芯性狀和開口寬度。對阻尼小孔進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬時(shí),重點(diǎn)考慮節(jié)流閥開口處兩端的壓力差,找到兩端壓力差小的阻尼孔直徑數(shù)值。關(guān)鍵詞:單向節(jié)流閥,內(nèi)部流場,數(shù)值模擬52安徽建筑工業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)ABSTRACTUnidirectionalThrottle
