1、摘要由于楔橫軋技術(shù)屬于多學(xué)科交叉問題,對新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計由于尚未形成系統(tǒng)的理論科學(xué),反復(fù)試制所造成的時間和費(fèi)用消耗巨大。所以,開展零件精確軋制成形機(jī)理仿真研究,解決零件成形過程影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵問題,對建立零件軋制系統(tǒng)科學(xué)理論具有重要意義。本文通過DEFORM有限元軟件理論建模,對二輥楔橫軋整個軋制過程進(jìn)行了模擬計算.利用正交試驗法,對各種軋制力能影響因素進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)地深入研究。它對軋機(jī)的能力衡量、剛度設(shè)計、工藝優(yōu)化等方面都具有重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值。論文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對二輥楔橫軋軋件心部點(diǎn)的各種應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線進(jìn)行全程跟蹤,得出交變的
2、剪應(yīng)力和剪應(yīng)變是軋件發(fā)生環(huán)狀疏松的主要原因。本文建立了二輥楔橫軋軋制軸類零件的有限元模型。研究了軸類件成形的各種應(yīng)力場分布,分析了軋件塑性成形規(guī)律及軋制力能參數(shù),為認(rèn)識和解決軸類零件成形規(guī)律提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:二輥楔橫軋軸類件剛塑性有限元法數(shù)值模擬IIAbstractCrosswedgerollingtechnologybelongstoamultidisciplinaryintersectproblem,andasystemictheoreticalscienceonnewproduct'sdesigninghasnotbe
