1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文立體聲音頻功率放大器吳江澄指導(dǎo)老師姓名:冒莉?qū)I(yè)名稱:應(yīng)用電子技術(shù)班級學(xué)號:09131101論文提交日期:2011年12月日論文答辯日期:2011年12月日2011年12月日摘要本次設(shè)計了音頻功率放大器,采用了分立元器件制作功率放大器且利用Protel99SE軟件設(shè)計完成原理圖和PCB板。為提高音調(diào)調(diào)節(jié)的效果,采用將低音調(diào)節(jié)和高音調(diào)節(jié)分開的方式。對輸入音頻信號實施音調(diào)調(diào)節(jié)后,借助于混音開關(guān)和音量調(diào)整電路,在音量調(diào)整的同時實現(xiàn)單聲道和雙聲道的轉(zhuǎn)換。末級功率放大電路采用兩級放大電路,前級采用運算放大電路,與音量調(diào)整
2、電路配合,對音頻信號進行放大,以確保輸入末級功率放大電路的信號強度足夠大,從而達到設(shè)計指標(biāo)關(guān)于輸出功率的要求。此外還設(shè)計了電源電路,為整個功率放大電路提供電源。音量調(diào)節(jié)電路包括低音調(diào)節(jié)電路和高音調(diào)節(jié)電路。低音調(diào)節(jié)電路實際是一個低通濾波器(高音調(diào)節(jié)電路實際是一個高通濾波器),可以實現(xiàn)對低頻信號的提升和衰減。高音調(diào)節(jié)電路跟低音調(diào)節(jié)電路類似。功率放大電路由驅(qū)動級和功放兩級電路組成。驅(qū)動級增益為4.7,末級功率放大電路采用VMOS管構(gòu)成的甲乙類推挽放大電路。驅(qū)動級電路實質(zhì)為一個反相比例放大電路。為確保電路能夠可靠安全工作,需要對每
