1、中國科技論文在線http://www.paper.edu.cn富氫鹽水對東莨菪堿誘導(dǎo)大鼠干眼模型眼#表保護(hù)作用**楚瑩瑩,華寧,茹玉莎,趙少貞5(天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)眼科醫(yī)院,天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)眼視光學(xué)院,天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)眼科研究所,天津,300384)摘要:目的探討富氫鹽水(HRS)對東莨菪堿誘導(dǎo)大鼠干眼模型眼表保護(hù)作用。方法6周齡Wistar大鼠30只(60眼)隨機(jī)分為正常組、干眼組、HRS點(diǎn)眼組、生理鹽水(NS)點(diǎn)眼組、10HRS腹腔注射組和NS腹腔注射組。皮下注射東莨菪堿制備干眼模型。各組行淚液分泌試驗(yàn)(SIt)、淚膜破裂時間(BUT
2、)、角膜上皮熒光素鈉染色評分;行HE染色、過碘酸-雪夫(PAS)染色及免疫組化染色。采用方差分析及LSD檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果比較各組SIt、BUT及熒光素鈉染色評分差異具統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。HRS點(diǎn)眼組和HRS腹腔注射組均較干眼組改善;且二者差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。HE染色示HRS點(diǎn)眼組和HRS腹腔注射組角結(jié)膜上皮水腫減輕;PAS15染色示杯狀細(xì)胞形態(tài)改善;免疫組化染色示鱗狀上皮化生減輕。結(jié)論HRS點(diǎn)眼和HRS腹腔注射均緩解大鼠干眼癥狀,改善角結(jié)膜組織病理損傷,為干眼治療帶來新希望。關(guān)鍵詞:干眼;富氫鹽水;東莨菪堿;大鼠中圖分類號:
