2、QTL,包括3個控制氣孔密度的QTL(qSD2、qSD4和qSD12),分布在第2、4和12號染色體上,貢獻率分別為13.11%,11.76%,22.70%;1個控制氣孔寬度的QTL(qSW3),位于第3號染色體上,貢獻率為10.04%。氣孔密度和氣孔寬度的增效等位基因分別來源于粳稻和秈稻。氣孔密度與氣孔長度存在極顯著負相關(guān)****(r=-0.509),氣孔長度與氣孔寬度呈極顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.302)。4個QTL位點除了qSW3與前人研究的控制全氮含量的qTLN-3a重疊外,其他QTL均為未被檢測到的位點,反映了氣孔性狀遺傳機理的復(fù)雜性。為揭示水稻氣孔性狀的遺傳機理以
