2、試驗(yàn)和花粉管在雌蕊中的伸長(zhǎng)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)單向不親和株系的花粉活力正常,其花粉與普通栽培番茄雜交可正常結(jié)實(shí),但是其雌蕊不能接受自身或栽培番茄的花粉。然而,將秘魯番茄‘LA3858’的花粉授予單向不親和株系,花粉能夠正常萌發(fā),花粉管正常伸長(zhǎng)和受精,但是雜交種子敗育。利用20個(gè)分子標(biāo)記對(duì)BC5S3群體的1000株植株進(jìn)行遺傳分析,結(jié)合表型鑒定結(jié)果,將單向不親和基因UI3a精細(xì)定位于第3號(hào)染色體上分子標(biāo)記C2_At3g10220和1k-1294之間,物理距離為349kb,該區(qū)域編碼37個(gè)基因。關(guān)鍵詞:番茄;單向不親和;UI3a基因;精
