2、].Guihaia,2014,34(4):467-472青藏高原高寒草甸不同季節(jié)土壤理化性質(zhì)及酶活性對施肥處理的響應(yīng)李恩宇1,何貴永2*(1.廣東省建科建筑設(shè)計(jì)院,廣州510000;2.蘭州大學(xué)草地與農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,蘭州730000)摘要:分析了青藏高原東緣高寒草甸不同施肥處理對土壤全量養(yǎng)分、速效養(yǎng)分、pH、含水量、有機(jī)碳和土壤脲酶活性的影響,以揭示高寒草甸土壤養(yǎng)分和酶活性對施肥的響應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:(1)隨施肥量的增加,土壤pH明顯趨于降低,施肥引起高寒草甸土壤酸化;全磷、速效磷均顯著增大;(2)土壤全氮、有機(jī)碳和脲酶活性隨施肥量增加呈單峰曲線變化,在施肥
3、量為30或60g·m-2時(shí)最高,施肥量增加到90g·m-2時(shí)土壤資源逐漸降低;(3)季節(jié)變化對土壤養(yǎng)分也有一定的影響,全氮和全磷含量均于9月份較高,而速效氮含量一般于9月份較低,而速效磷含量5月份較低;(4)施肥對土壤養(yǎng)分的影響并不是簡單的線性正相關(guān)關(guān)系,30~60g·m-2施肥量可作為高寒草甸最佳施肥水平。施肥處理下土壤有機(jī)碳和脲酶活性可作為衡量土壤肥力和土壤質(zhì)量變化的重要指標(biāo)。高施肥量(≥90g·m-2)可作為影響高寒草甸土壤養(yǎng)分及土壤酶活性的閾值。關(guān)鍵詞:青藏高原;高寒草甸;施肥梯度;土壤理化性質(zhì);土壤酶活性中圖分類號(hào):Q948.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):10
