2、調(diào)制技術(shù)在腹馬宇MAYu部低劑量的應(yīng)用。資料與方法150例行腹部CT檢查的患者按就診順序分成A、周智鵬ZHOUZhipengB、C組,每組各50例,采用自動(dòng)毫安掃描技術(shù)行腹部CT檢查,3組預(yù)設(shè)噪聲指邱維加QIUWeijia數(shù)(NI)分別為8、10、11,并采用ASIR為30%、40%、50%進(jìn)行重建,分別記為A1、A2、A3、B1、B2、B3、C1、C2、C3。計(jì)算各組有效劑量(ED),由2作者單位名醫(yī)師對(duì)圖像質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果圖像質(zhì)量均滿足臨床診斷要求,A組有效劑桂林醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院放射科廣西桂林量為(5.74±1.45)mSv,B組為(3.35±1.35)mSv,C組為(2.57±
3、1.71)mSv。541001除A1與B3、B1與C3組間圖像噪聲值差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,其余各組圖像噪聲值差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=89.240~179.444,P<0.05)。A3圖像噪聲值最低,圖像質(zhì)量通訊作者周智鵬評(píng)分最高(4.43±0.50)分,C1圖像噪聲值最高,圖像質(zhì)量評(píng)分最低(3.66±0.64)分。DepartmentofRadiology,Af?liatedHospital結(jié)論ASIR結(jié)合自動(dòng)管電流調(diào)制技術(shù),可以大幅度降低腹部檢查者的輻射劑量。ofGuilinMedicalUniversity,Guilin541001,【關(guān)鍵詞】腹部;體層攝影術(shù),螺旋計(jì)算機(jī);迭代重建算
