1、供給側(cè)和需求側(cè):城市社區(qū)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+公共服務(wù)”發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素分析何繼新韓艷秋天津城建大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院棊于對(duì)天津市社區(qū)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+公共服務(wù)”建設(shè)發(fā)展的企業(yè)、政府和社區(qū)居民問卷調(diào)査，采用多元線性回歸分析法從供給側(cè)因素（企業(yè)和政府）和需求側(cè)因素（社區(qū)居民）兩個(gè)方面探討了城市社區(qū)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+公共服務(wù)”發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素并建立社IX:“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+公共服務(wù)”建設(shè)發(fā)展意愿和驅(qū)動(dòng)因素的多元線性回歸模型，明晰其數(shù)理關(guān)系.研宄發(fā)現(xiàn):在供給側(cè)驅(qū)動(dòng)因素上，社區(qū)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+公共服務(wù)”發(fā)展受到公共服務(wù)管理成本降低、±符加公共服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、改善企業(yè)內(nèi)部管
