1、硫化銅礦石選礦技術(shù)進展王浩林王禮平王強強余新陽江西理工大學資源與環(huán)境工程學院江西省礦業(yè)工程重點實驗室硫化銅礦石資源是最常見、最重要的銅礦資源,提高硫化銅礦石選礦技術(shù)水平對保障供給、建設(shè)綠色生態(tài)礦山都具有重要意義。為提高相關(guān)選礦工作薺的選礦技術(shù)水平,推動硫化銅礦石選礦技術(shù)進步,從分選T藝、浮選藥劑、選礦理論等3方面介紹了我國硫化銅礦石的選礦技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀:(1)在分選工藝方面,快速、分步優(yōu)先浮選工藝充分體現(xiàn)了“快收、早收”理念,可有效預(yù)防己單體解離的有用礦物的過磨,降低后續(xù)分選的難度,節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本;低堿度浮選工藝可大
2、幅度降低石灰用量,消除后續(xù)選別作業(yè)的活化過程,減少設(shè)備與管道的結(jié)垢;銅多金屬礦石的經(jīng)典浮選工藝成熟性好、適應(yīng)性強,是目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的浮選工藝;對于性質(zhì)獨特的硫化銅及其多金屬礦石,則必須根據(jù)礦石性質(zhì)的特點,組合運用多種分選手段進行處理。(2)在浮選藥劑方面,主要體現(xiàn)在對新型、高效、針對性強的捕收劑、抑制劑的研制與應(yīng)用,以及傳統(tǒng)藥劑的合理組合使用方面。這些年,在這2方而所取得的重大進步,有力地推動了貧細雜難選礦石的開發(fā),緩解了我國銅等優(yōu)質(zhì)有色金屬精礦的供需矛盾。(3)對于硫化銅礦石選礦理論方面的研究,主要從電子結(jié)

8、andadaptable,anditisthemostwidelyusedinflotationprocess.Forcoppersulfideanditspolymetallicore,diversesortingmeasuresshouldbeadoptedtotreatbasedonthecharacteristicsoforc.(2)Fortheflotationagents,thedeve
