1、年產(chǎn)960萬(wàn)噸連鑄坯的全連鑄轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼車(chē)間工藝設(shè)計(jì)摘要:本說(shuō)明書(shū)在實(shí)習(xí)和參考文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行綜合利用。講述了設(shè)計(jì)一轉(zhuǎn)爐車(chē)間的方法和步驟,說(shuō)明書(shū)中對(duì)車(chē)間主要系統(tǒng)例如鐵水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng),廢鋼供應(yīng)系統(tǒng),散裝料供應(yīng)系統(tǒng),鐵合金供應(yīng)系統(tǒng),除塵系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行了充分論證和比較確定出一套最佳設(shè)計(jì)方案。并確定了車(chē)間的工藝布置,對(duì)跨數(shù)及相對(duì)位置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),簡(jiǎn)述了其工藝流程,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行設(shè)備計(jì)算,包括轉(zhuǎn)爐爐型計(jì)算,轉(zhuǎn)爐爐襯計(jì)算及金屬構(gòu)件計(jì)算,氧槍設(shè)計(jì),凈化系統(tǒng)設(shè)備計(jì)算,然后進(jìn)行車(chē)間計(jì)算和所用設(shè)備的規(guī)格和數(shù)量的設(shè)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行車(chē)間尺寸計(jì)算,確定各層平臺(tái)標(biāo)高。最后對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)爐車(chē)間設(shè)計(jì)得環(huán)境和安全要求進(jìn)行說(shuō)
