6、·············································910通信局(站)低壓配電系統(tǒng)用電涌保護器檢驗實施細(xì)則1編制依據(jù)及適用范圍本實施細(xì)則依據(jù)YD/T1235.1-2002《通信局(站)低壓配電系統(tǒng)用電涌保護器技術(shù)要求》編制。本細(xì)則適用于通信局(站)低壓配電系統(tǒng)用電涌保護器的質(zhì)量檢驗。2引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T4942-1993低壓電器外殼防護等級(eqvIEC60947:1988)YD/T1235.2-2002通信局(站)低壓配電系統(tǒng)用電涌保護器測試方法3檢驗項目及技術(shù)要求3.1檢驗項目及技術(shù)要求(見表1至

7、表10)表1檢驗項目及技術(shù)要求序號項目名稱技術(shù)要求1外觀質(zhì)量a)電涌保護器表面應(yīng)平整、光潔、無劃傷、無裂痕及變形,緊固件應(yīng)牢固,顏色應(yīng)均勻無明顯差異。b)標(biāo)志應(yīng)完整清晰、耐久可靠,內(nèi)容完全,且銘牌不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)移動和任何翹曲現(xiàn)象。2保護模式交流SPD必須具備N-PE、L-PE或L-N-PE的保護模式;直流SPD必須具備V+-V-的保護模式。交流SPD宜具備L-N的保護模式;直流SPD宜具備V+-PE或V--PE的保護模式。3分離裝置SPD在故障或失效時,應(yīng)有與電源系統(tǒng)永久斷開的分離裝置。4告警功能SPD正?;蚬收蠒r,應(yīng)有能正確表示其狀態(tài)的標(biāo)志

8、或指示燈。SPD宜具備遠(yuǎn)程集中監(jiān)測或集中告警的接口。5接線端子連接導(dǎo)體的能力SPD的接線端子除應(yīng)符合GB17464的要求外,其連接導(dǎo)線的能力還應(yīng)符合表2或表3的要求。106最大持續(xù)運行電壓在70±3℃的試驗
