1、中文摘要摘要側(cè)隙可調(diào)式變齒厚平面蝸輪包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿傳動(dòng)(以后簡稱“變齒厚平面蝸輪傳動(dòng)”)是重慶大學(xué)張光輝教授開發(fā)出的一項(xiàng)專利技術(shù),它的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于:調(diào)整變齒厚平面蝸輪副蝸輪的軸向位置,可以調(diào)節(jié)蝸輪與蝸桿的齒側(cè)間隙,達(dá)到減小空回量,減小振動(dòng),提高傳動(dòng)精度、平穩(wěn)性等特點(diǎn);其次,變齒厚平面蝸輪副蝸桿可淬火并用平面砂輪精確磨削,蝸輪可用精密分度盤單齒分度加工,不需蝸輪滾刀和滾齒機(jī)加工,排除了滾刀和滾齒機(jī)誤差影響,易于精密制造,更不需昂貴的蝸輪母機(jī)便可精密制造;另外,變齒厚平面蝸輪傳動(dòng)屬于斜平面一次包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿傳動(dòng)范疇,嚙合齒對較多,具有傳動(dòng)效率高、承載能力強(qiáng)(其承載能
2、力僅次于平面二次包絡(luò)蝸桿傳動(dòng)而強(qiáng)于圓柱蝸桿傳動(dòng))等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。作為一種綜合了精密傳動(dòng)和動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)的新型蝸桿傳動(dòng),在加工工藝已相當(dāng)完善的情況下,其實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用方面的研究已經(jīng)提上了日程。針對目前普通圓柱蝸桿傳動(dòng)曳引機(jī)在承載能力、傳動(dòng)效率、齒側(cè)間隙調(diào)整可能性等方面存在的不足,采用變齒厚平面蝸輪副作為電梯曳引機(jī)的主傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),不僅可以充分利用平面一次包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿傳動(dòng)承載能力大、傳動(dòng)效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),還可以在蝸輪副磨損的情況下,對其齒側(cè)間隙進(jìn)行調(diào)整和補(bǔ)償。本文在對圓柱蝸桿傳動(dòng)和變齒厚平面蝸輪傳動(dòng)嚙合特性深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論證了變齒厚平面蝸輪傳動(dòng)在電梯曳引機(jī)上應(yīng)用的可行性,完成了額定載重
