1、本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書大扭矩液壓扳手設(shè)計(jì)THEDESIGNOFHYDRAULICWRENCH學(xué)院(部):專業(yè)班級(jí):學(xué)生姓名:指導(dǎo)教師:年月日大扭矩液壓扳手設(shè)計(jì)摘要隨著國(guó)內(nèi)電力,化工石油,工程建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,這些行業(yè)中,大扭矩緊固件的拆裝作業(yè)在傳統(tǒng)的人力方法下,強(qiáng)度高,效率低。使用液壓扳手可以有效的提高作業(yè)效率,提升安裝精度。本設(shè)計(jì)就是優(yōu)化液壓扳手便攜性和各種工況適應(yīng)性。在設(shè)計(jì)里,采用液壓缸和機(jī)架一體鑄造成型,簡(jiǎn)化液壓扳手在機(jī)架方面的結(jié)構(gòu),將進(jìn)有出有管道鑄造在液壓缸缸體內(nèi),為節(jié)約材料,提高液壓扳手的便攜性。采用偏心液壓缸設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)里,為了減小活塞桿在推動(dòng)搖臂過程中可能產(chǎn)生的側(cè)向力,在機(jī)
2、架上設(shè)計(jì)一平行滑道。平行滑道不開穿機(jī)架,以保證液壓扳手整體具有較好的密封性。活塞桿在平行滑道內(nèi)移動(dòng),活塞桿距棘輪中心距會(huì)不斷變化,在搖臂上長(zhǎng)孔來解決。當(dāng)液壓缸和機(jī)架采用一體成型,液壓缸和機(jī)架在結(jié)構(gòu)方面和機(jī)架與反作用力臂連接方面會(huì)有一些問題,設(shè)計(jì)通過液壓缸缸體結(jié)構(gòu)的變化及連接形式改變來解決這些問題。關(guān)鍵詞:機(jī)架,液壓缸,活塞桿,搖臂,反作用力臂ITHEDESIGNOFHYDRAULICWRENCHABSTRACTWiththedomesticelectricpower,petroleumandchemicalindustry,therapiddevelopmentofengineer
