1、納米碳富勒烯抗I型人類(lèi)皰疹病毒藥效的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究[摘要]目的觀察富勒烯抗HSV-1的藥效。方法以逆相蒸餾法合成了富勒烯脂質(zhì)體,用藥物對(duì)病毒所致細(xì)胞病變的抑制實(shí)驗(yàn)以及病毒的空斑減數(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn),觀察C60脂質(zhì)體對(duì)HSV-1F株的直接殺滅、感染阻斷及增殖抑制作用。結(jié)果在Vero細(xì)胞系統(tǒng)中,C60在光照及避光條件下,對(duì)HSV-1F株均具有直接殺滅和感染阻斷作用,不具有增殖抑制作用。在光照條件下,對(duì)HSV-1F株直接殺滅的ED50、ED90分別為0.05313μg/ml、0.1696μg/ml;感染阻斷的ED50、ED90依次為0.9461μg/ml、5.643μg/ml。在避光條件下,
2、對(duì)HSV-1F株直接殺滅的ED50及ED90分別為12.90μg/ml和26.20μg/ml;感染阻斷的ED50和ED90依次為24.13μg/ml以及32.06μg/ml。光照1h,C60脂質(zhì)體對(duì)Vero細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞毒為154.9μg/ml。C60脂質(zhì)體濃度為16.86μg/ml及33.72μg/ml時(shí),對(duì)HSV-1F株直接殺滅的空斑減數(shù)率與光照時(shí)間成正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)r分別為0.8510(P<0.005)和0.9766(P<0.005);當(dāng)C60脂質(zhì)體濃度為16.86μg/ml時(shí),對(duì)HSV-1F株感染阻斷的空斑減數(shù)率與光照時(shí)間正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)r依次為0.8
