1、靜電紡絲環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)靜電紡絲環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要當(dāng)今納米科技已更廣泛的應(yīng)用于各研究領(lǐng)域,更多的人開(kāi)始關(guān)注制備連續(xù)微納米纖維的靜電紡絲法,靜電紡絲法是通過(guò)高壓靜電發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生的電場(chǎng)力拉伸聚合物溶液或熔體來(lái)制備超細(xì)纖維的重要方法,通過(guò)此方法獲可以得連續(xù)微米級(jí)別以下的超細(xì)纖維,通過(guò)電紡的方法可以制備出多種納米纖維,通過(guò)靜電紡絲方法制備得到的納米纖維,具有較小直徑的納米尺寸,高比表面以及纖維之間形成的微小孔隙[1]。在研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)境溫濕度的改變對(duì)纖維直徑及其形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響很大,所以在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中對(duì)其環(huán)境溫濕度相對(duì)恒定的控制具有極大的意義。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于STM32的溫濕度采集控制系統(tǒng),該單片
2、機(jī)是一款高性能的32位機(jī),具有豐富的硬件資源和非常強(qiáng)的抗干擾能力,特別適合構(gòu)成智能測(cè)控儀表和工業(yè)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以STM32F103RBT6單片機(jī)作為微控制器構(gòu)建數(shù)字溫濕度控制器,通過(guò)溫濕度傳感器采集到的數(shù)據(jù)與規(guī)定數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,完成對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的控制,從而保證溫濕度指數(shù)相對(duì)恒定,同時(shí)將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)絇C機(jī),PC機(jī)將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)信息轉(zhuǎn)換為數(shù)字或圖表等,顯示并且保存。系統(tǒng)主要包括:數(shù)據(jù)的采集和處理,反饋執(zhí)行部分,人機(jī)交互部分,上位機(jī)的通訊。關(guān)鍵詞:靜電紡絲;STM32;溫濕度控制-39-靜電紡絲環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)AbstractNanotechnologytodayhasbecomemorew
