1、我國民營企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀及對策分析姓 名學(xué) 號?！ I(yè)會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師2008年4月30日15摘要隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的不斷深入，民營企業(yè)在社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位愈益重要。近年來，我國民營企業(yè)獲得較快發(fā)展，總體規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，經(jīng)營領(lǐng)域不斷拓寬，企業(yè)管理水平穩(wěn)步提高，對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮著重要作用。但從總體上看，民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展仍面臨許多問題，其中最主要問題就是融資難的問題，而融資是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)的必要條件。融資難的問題一直制約著民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)已成為民營企業(yè)發(fā)展的最大瓶頸。本文主要是圍繞民營企業(yè)融資難的原因展開探討，然后分析了我國民營企業(yè)的融資特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)而又分析了
2、我國民營企業(yè)融資的現(xiàn)狀以及融資難對民營企業(yè)自身和政府所造成的影響，同時(shí)，對融資難的原因進(jìn)行了探討：主要有民營企業(yè)自身存在的融資障礙，國有銀行體制改革的滯后，金融機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r不理想和直接融資制度不健全等。最后結(jié)合民營企業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn)、政府政策、金融環(huán)境及我國民營企業(yè)所處的現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境，提出了解決融資問題的對策，并對進(jìn)一步拓展我國民營企業(yè)融資渠道進(jìn)行了探討。關(guān)鍵詞：民營企業(yè)；融資現(xiàn)狀；原因分析；融資對策15AbstractAsChina'seconomicreformcontinuestodeepen,privateenterpriseshavebecomemoreimp
