1、電氣工程及其自動化專業(yè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)指導(dǎo)書課題名稱:T68鏜床的PLC改造設(shè)計摘要采用可編程程序控制器{PLC}實(shí)現(xiàn)T68鏜床的自動控制給出了系統(tǒng)主電路圖,PLC輸入/輸出接線圖和梯形圖程序,提高了鏜床控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性和鏜床的工作效率,減少了維修,維護(hù)的工作量。為提高鏜床控制電路的穩(wěn)定性和自動化程度,延長鏜床的使用壽命,降低機(jī)床的故障。分析T68鏜床的機(jī)械、電氣控制原理,保留鏜床主電路由PLC取代復(fù)雜的電氣連線控制,設(shè)計出由PLC。為鏜床的控制電路。該系統(tǒng)開發(fā)周期僅為一周,期間完成了將鏜床的控
