6、整體設(shè)計(jì)、工作過程和原理論證都經(jīng)過了科學(xué)有據(jù)的理論數(shù)據(jù)分析和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),最終表明此副模具整體設(shè)計(jì)合理規(guī)范、工作過程可行有效、工作效率高、操作簡(jiǎn)單、成本適度適合中批量的生產(chǎn)和中型企業(yè)的發(fā)展。該模具的設(shè)計(jì)是按照國(guó)標(biāo)模具設(shè)計(jì)與模具工作原理的具體要求而設(shè)計(jì),沖裁工藝性可保證材料消耗少、工序數(shù)目少、模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單且壽命長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、操作安全方便。其中查閱了模具設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)書籍和資料,其設(shè)計(jì)方案經(jīng)過科學(xué)論證,對(duì)其刃口尺寸及沖壓力進(jìn)行了精確的計(jì)算,模具的工藝設(shè)計(jì)也根據(jù)規(guī)定和實(shí)際需要進(jìn)行了合理編制,所用材料也進(jìn)行了合理的選擇。制造該模具將采用
