2、18,-21℃)下處理2h后葉片的相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率、葉片中丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白質(zhì)、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和超氧化歧化酶的活性(SOD)。結(jié)果表明,隨著溫度降低(4℃→-18℃→-21℃),小麥葉片中MDA、可溶性糖含量逐漸增加。小麥葉片SOD總活力隨脅迫溫度降低先升高后降低再升高。經(jīng)低溫脅迫后,小麥葉片可溶性蛋白質(zhì)含量無(wú)明顯變化。米808、冬引0801在-21℃脅迫下,相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率變化率最低。米808、冬引0801在-18℃→-21℃時(shí),MDA含量增幅較大;米808SOD總活力在-18、-21℃時(shí)變化率最低。冬引0
