2、18,-21℃)下處理2h后葉片的相對電導率、葉片中丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白質、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和超氧化歧化酶的活性(SOD)。結果表明,隨著溫度降低(4℃→-18℃→-21℃),小麥葉片中MDA、可溶性糖含量逐漸增加。小麥葉片SOD總活力隨脅迫溫度降低先升高后降低再升高。經低溫脅迫后,小麥葉片可溶性蛋白質含量無明顯變化。米808、冬引0801在-21℃脅迫下,相對電導率變化率最低。米808、冬引0801在-18℃→-21℃時,MDA含量增幅較大;米808SOD總活力在-18、-21℃時變化率最低。冬引0
