2、要經(jīng)濟技術(shù)文件。本設(shè)計主要包括以下內(nèi)容：工程施工組織設(shè)計書、施工平面布置圖、橫道圖及網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖、施工圖概預(yù)算。為確保工期、質(zhì)量及安全、文明工地，節(jié)約成本等條件，編制出針對性的施工組織設(shè)計，每個分部分項工程的特點、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、施工難易程度工期和質(zhì)量要求，編制出切實可行的施工方案。以指導(dǎo)施工順利地完成本工程項目的建設(shè)，控制工程成本，創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)工程。本設(shè)計工程量為18753.51平方米，24層框架結(jié)構(gòu)類型。
