2、要經(jīng)濟技術文件。本設計主要包括以下內(nèi)容：工程施工組織設計書、施工平面布置圖、橫道圖及網(wǎng)絡圖、施工圖概預算。為確保工期、質(zhì)量及安全、文明工地，節(jié)約成本等條件，編制出針對性的施工組織設計，每個分部分項工程的特點、結構特征、施工難易程度工期和質(zhì)量要求，編制出切實可行的施工方案。以指導施工順利地完成本工程項目的建設，控制工程成本，創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)工程。本設計工程量為18753.51平方米，24層框架結構類型。
