1、冀東油田鉆頭選型應(yīng)用研究33摘要冀東油田老爺廟、南堡、高尚堡三油田區(qū)塊下出現(xiàn)的玄武巖和底礫巖,在施工鉆進(jìn)過程中,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的鉆頭使用情況及經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)分析,進(jìn)一步做出最優(yōu)的鉆頭選型。本文主要介紹在冀東區(qū)塊的玄武巖及底礫巖地層鉆進(jìn)中,其特性表現(xiàn)為:地層堅(jiān)硬難鉆,其研磨性較強(qiáng),蹩跳鉆現(xiàn)象明顯,鉆頭使用壽命低,玄武巖地層夾層的不穩(wěn)定性,導(dǎo)致易塌易漏等一系列復(fù)雜問題。為提高鉆井質(zhì)量和機(jī)械鉆速、降低鉆井成本,避免出現(xiàn)鉆井施工的安全問題。先分析冀東油田特定的區(qū)域地質(zhì)概況,及存在底礫巖及玄武巖的夾層,研究分析底礫巖和玄武巖的研磨性和可鉆性,結(jié)合
2、井隊(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資料,對(duì)已使用過的鉆頭和鄰井使用過的不同的鉆頭的機(jī)械鉆速作效果分析,及相關(guān)的鉆進(jìn)工藝經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。然后結(jié)合理論知識(shí),根據(jù)鉆頭選型通用的方法來選取最優(yōu)鉆頭,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用過的鉆頭系列做理論分析,找出得出其鉆頭斷齒和磨損的原因,主要是鉆頭選型不對(duì),鉆頭過軟,并提出其相應(yīng)對(duì)策。最后提出與底礫巖和玄武巖相匹配的鉆頭,在該區(qū)塊使用MD系列鉆頭比用HJ系列鉆頭效率要高,并且在施工工藝上,要采取低鉆速、高鉆壓并根據(jù)地層巖性變化靈活調(diào)整。泥漿調(diào)配也應(yīng)合理,實(shí)時(shí)根據(jù)地層變化及時(shí)調(diào)整其密度,防止玄武巖層吸水膨脹后坍塌。此外,常見的斷齒情況主要是鉆頭
