1、冀東油田鉆頭選型應用研究33摘要冀東油田老爺廟、南堡、高尚堡三油田區(qū)塊下出現(xiàn)的玄武巖和底礫巖，在施工鉆進過程中，結合現(xiàn)場的鉆頭使用情況及經(jīng)驗，總結分析，進一步做出最優(yōu)的鉆頭選型。本文主要介紹在冀東區(qū)塊的玄武巖及底礫巖地層鉆進中，其特性表現(xiàn)為：地層堅硬難鉆，其研磨性較強，蹩跳鉆現(xiàn)象明顯，鉆頭使用壽命低，玄武巖地層夾層的不穩(wěn)定性，導致易塌易漏等一系列復雜問題。為提高鉆井質量和機械鉆速、降低鉆井成本，避免出現(xiàn)鉆井施工的安全問題。先分析冀東油田特定的區(qū)域地質概況，及存在底礫巖及玄武巖的夾層，研究分析底礫巖和玄武巖的研磨性和可鉆性，結合
2、井隊現(xiàn)場資料，對已使用過的鉆頭和鄰井使用過的不同的鉆頭的機械鉆速作效果分析，及相關的鉆進工藝經(jīng)驗總結。然后結合理論知識，根據(jù)鉆頭選型通用的方法來選取最優(yōu)鉆頭，對現(xiàn)場用過的鉆頭系列做理論分析，找出得出其鉆頭斷齒和磨損的原因，主要是鉆頭選型不對，鉆頭過軟，并提出其相應對策。最后提出與底礫巖和玄武巖相匹配的鉆頭，在該區(qū)塊使用MD系列鉆頭比用HJ系列鉆頭效率要高，并且在施工工藝上，要采取低鉆速、高鉆壓并根據(jù)地層巖性變化靈活調(diào)整。泥漿調(diào)配也應合理，實時根據(jù)地層變化及時調(diào)整其密度，防止玄武巖層吸水膨脹后坍塌。此外，常見的斷齒情況主要是鉆頭
