1、［摘要］民營企業(yè)經(jīng)過長足的發(fā)展，已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展的動力之源。自07年到現(xiàn)在，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)長期低迷，屮國經(jīng)濟(jì)受外部環(huán)境影響再也無法“獨(dú)善其身”，經(jīng)濟(jì)下滑明顯。在低迷的市場環(huán)境下，民營企業(yè)融資難的問題更加凸顯，80%以上的民營企業(yè)經(jīng)營者很難獲得穩(wěn)定的追加資金。民營企業(yè)融資困難，已成為制約其發(fā)展的最大瓶頸。資金的合理安排和運(yùn)作，即資金的運(yùn)用效率，成為民營企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營的核心。對于民營企業(yè)而言，資金管理貫穿于企業(yè)的采購、生產(chǎn)、銷售等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，企業(yè)能否體現(xiàn)其整體效應(yīng)和協(xié)同效應(yīng)與企業(yè)資金管理的模式、
2、效率密不可分。企業(yè)資金管理有多種模式，在不同的經(jīng)營環(huán)境體制下，企業(yè)應(yīng)該依據(jù)不同情況選擇最適合自身的資金管理模式，從而使企業(yè)資金管理達(dá)到均衡和高效的目標(biāo)。筆者試圖通過對所在的A集團(tuán)公司進(jìn)行的資金運(yùn)營改革來分析市場經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷的情況下民營企業(yè)應(yīng)該如何提高資金運(yùn)營的效率，使企業(yè)的利益最大化。因此加強(qiáng)資金管理有著十分重大的意義。［關(guān)鍵字］資金效率；資金管理模式；營運(yùn)資金管理Abstractprivateenterpriseshasbecomeanimportantpartofnationaleconomy，asChina'ssusta
