1、XXXXXX畢業(yè)論文鎢粉生產(chǎn)工藝的研究學(xué)生:XXX學(xué)號(hào):XXXX專業(yè):物理學(xué)班級(jí):XXXX指導(dǎo)教師:XXXXXXXXXXXXXX二O一三年六月I摘要摘要鎢粉在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中占著越來越重要的位置,本文著重對(duì)鎢粉的生產(chǎn)工業(yè)做出來研究,其中包括研究鎢金屬的性質(zhì)和用途,鎢的物理性質(zhì);化學(xué)性質(zhì)以及鎢的實(shí)際用途。只有了解鎢的性質(zhì)和性能的重要性才能更好更透徹的研究鎢的生產(chǎn)工藝。金屬鎢具有廣泛的用途,鎢合金中最主要的原料是鎢粉,其粒度的大小對(duì)合金的性能起關(guān)鍵性的作用。鎢粉的粒度主要為粗、中、細(xì)粒。含細(xì)顆粒的合金比含粗顆粒的合金,其性能明顯的提高;若合金含超細(xì)晶粒,則性能可產(chǎn)生質(zhì)的飛躍,達(dá)
2、到高強(qiáng)度與高硬度的統(tǒng)一,從而擴(kuò)展其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。同時(shí),金屬鎢在這些領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用還與其形貌、粒度的分布有著密切的關(guān)系。本文綜述了近年來超細(xì)鎢粉的多種制備方法,并對(duì)比不同方法所制備超細(xì)粉末的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。最后在生產(chǎn)工藝的介紹中本文挑選了目前工業(yè)上最常用的三氧化鎢還原法制作鎢粉的方法以及各種超細(xì)鎢粉的生產(chǎn)方法做出了分析和研究。關(guān)鍵詞:鎢粉;性質(zhì)用途;工業(yè)研究;超細(xì)鎢粉;三氧化鎢氫還原法III摘要III摘要ABSTRACTTungstenpowder?inindustrialproduction?occupied?anincreasinglyimportantposition,this
