1、XXXXXX畢業(yè)論文鎢粉生產(chǎn)工藝的研究學(xué)生:XXX學(xué)號:XXXX專業(yè):物理學(xué)班級:XXXX指導(dǎo)教師:XXXXXXXXXXXXXX二O一三年六月I摘要摘要鎢粉在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中占著越來越重要的位置,本文著重對鎢粉的生產(chǎn)工業(yè)做出來研究,其中包括研究鎢金屬的性質(zhì)和用途,鎢的物理性質(zhì);化學(xué)性質(zhì)以及鎢的實際用途。只有了解鎢的性質(zhì)和性能的重要性才能更好更透徹的研究鎢的生產(chǎn)工藝。金屬鎢具有廣泛的用途,鎢合金中最主要的原料是鎢粉,其粒度的大小對合金的性能起關(guān)鍵性的作用。鎢粉的粒度主要為粗、中、細粒。含細顆粒的合金比含粗顆粒的合金,其性能明顯的提高;若合金含超細晶粒,則性能可產(chǎn)生質(zhì)的飛躍,達
2、到高強度與高硬度的統(tǒng)一,從而擴展其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。同時,金屬鎢在這些領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用還與其形貌、粒度的分布有著密切的關(guān)系。本文綜述了近年來超細鎢粉的多種制備方法,并對比不同方法所制備超細粉末的優(yōu)缺點。最后在生產(chǎn)工藝的介紹中本文挑選了目前工業(yè)上最常用的三氧化鎢還原法制作鎢粉的方法以及各種超細鎢粉的生產(chǎn)方法做出了分析和研究。關(guān)鍵詞:鎢粉;性質(zhì)用途;工業(yè)研究;超細鎢粉;三氧化鎢氫還原法III摘要III摘要ABSTRACTTungstenpowder?inindustrialproduction?occupied?anincreasinglyimportantposition,this
