1、南京航空航天大學碩士學位論文摘要近年來，網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言的泛濫已嚴重影響到國家安全、社會穩(wěn)定與民眾生活，如何有效預(yù)防和治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言，已經(jīng)成為我國當前亟待解決的問題。本文的研究正是圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言治理這一主題展開。本文以善治、多中心協(xié)同治理理論為理論基礎(chǔ)，通過分析我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言治理的現(xiàn)狀，得出我國當前的網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言治理過于依靠政府對于網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言的打擊和管控，同時，由于缺乏社會力量的參與，導致網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言治理成效不明顯、成果難以持續(xù)。據(jù)此，本文提出了善治視角下我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言的多中心協(xié)同治理，也就是政府與公民、非政府組織等社會力量
2、在網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展的不同階段，通過發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢和作用，以合作共治的方式參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言治理，從而實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言善治的一種治理方式。本文認為，多中心協(xié)同治理是實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言善治的有效途徑和必然選擇。本文從善治的視角分析了我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言多中心協(xié)同治理的治理主體，提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言多中心協(xié)同治理的框架，并進一步闡述了我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言多中心協(xié)同治理的實現(xiàn)路徑。關(guān)鍵詞：網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言，治理，善治視角，多元主體，多中心協(xié)同治理I善治視角下我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言多中心協(xié)同治理研究ABSTRACTInrecentyears,theoverflo
