6、.......................................(5)附錄檢定證書內(nèi)面格式·.......................................................................(6)JJG953-2000精密時間間隔測且儀檢定規(guī)程范圍本規(guī)程適用于最小間隔為1ns的精密時間間隔測量儀的首次檢定和后續(xù)檢定。2概述精密時間間隔測量儀測量時,將被測間隔分為兩部分:大于一個時基的部分,采用普通數(shù)字式時間間隔測量儀的原理,即累計時基脈沖的個數(shù);小于一個時基的部分,用模擬內(nèi)插法、數(shù)字游標法或模/數(shù)(A/D)變
7、換法進行。測量分辨力理論上可達幾個ps,但實際上由于噪聲的影響,造成測量顯示不穩(wěn)定,目前只能做到100pso精密時間間隔測量儀(以下簡稱測量儀),廣泛地用在計量、通訊、高能物理等領(lǐng)域。計t性能要求3.1內(nèi)部晶振3.1.1日老化率:優(yōu)于1x10-83.1.2開機特性:優(yōu)于3x10-83.1.3頻率準確度:優(yōu)于1x10一”3.1.4頻率穩(wěn)定度:優(yōu)于1x10-10/1s3.2時間間隔測量3.2.1被測信號形式:兩個正脈沖、兩個負脈沖、一個正(負)脈沖與一個負(正)脈沖間的時間間隔;單個正、負脈沖的寬度。3.2.2被測信號電平:TTL.3.2.3測量范圍:1ns-10s
