1、山東理工大學本科畢業(yè)論文摘要改革開放以來，我國經濟持續(xù)快速增長，為證券業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了良好的環(huán)境。從中國證券市場建立至今，風雨飄蕩的走過近30余年，在這期間，我國證券市場獲得極大的進步，逐步建立起包括骨片，債券，外匯及多種金融衍生品等較為完善的金融市場結構。但是由于起步較晚，與發(fā)達國家相比，金融市場現(xiàn)存的缺陷也比較顯著，市場體制不完善，股權結構特殊，投資者以散戶為主，承受風險的能力相對較弱，證券市場監(jiān)管不力等尚不成熟的問題亟待解決。本文立足于中國證券市場發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，結合證券市場發(fā)展歷程，對其原因盡享了研究，并總結了中國證券市場現(xiàn)狀的解決方案并推動
