1、山東理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文摘要改革開放以來，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)，為證券業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了良好的環(huán)境。從中國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)建立至今，風(fēng)雨飄蕩的走過近30余年，在這期間，我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)獲得極大的進(jìn)步，逐步建立起包括骨片，債券，外匯及多種金融衍生品等較為完善的金融市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)。但是由于起步較晚，與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比，金融市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)存的缺陷也比較顯著，市場(chǎng)體制不完善，股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)特殊，投資者以散戶為主，承受風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力相對(duì)較弱，證券市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管不力等尚不成熟的問題亟待解決。本文立足于中國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合證券市場(chǎng)發(fā)展歷程，對(duì)其原因盡享了研究，并總結(jié)了中國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀的解決方案并推動(dòng)
