2、industry,opticsaswellasdailylife.Micro.injectionmoldinghasmanygoodfeatures,suchas,lowproductioncost,widelyadaptabilityofmaterials,applicabilityforcomplexgeometryandsize,continuouslyandautomatlyproductionandSOon.Now,researchersarefouceontheaspectsofthemicro
3、injectionmoldingequipment,themicro—moldmanufacturingandprocessing,themicromoldingmaterialselection,micro—moldingprocesscontrol,themicro.moldingformingtheoryandnumericalsimulationanalysis,themicroproductsqualitycharacterizationofthemicro-injectionmoldingtec
4、hnology.Inthiswork,TheinfluenceofprocessingparametersonthefillingbehaviorsofiPPmicroarraystructuralWasinvestigatedbynumericalanalysisandinjectionmoldingexperiments.Themaincontentsandconclusionsareasfollows:(1)ProductModle,Thethree.dimensionalmodeloftheprod
5、uctisdrawedbythePro/E3Dgraphicssoftware.whichsizeis16mm×12mm×3mm,mecylinderdiameteriS500gm.a(chǎn)ndthereiS2mmdistancebetweencolumns.BeforeweusetheMoldflowsoftwaretosimulatethemeltedpolymerfillingprocess,weshouldfirstmeshthemodle.Inordertoobtaintheaccuracyanalys
6、isanduniformitymesh,weusetheHypermeshsoftwaretomeshtheproductmodel,andthecavityandthemicro.structureismeshedbydifferentmeshingstrategies,theglobaledgelengthofthebaseandthecylindricalis0.5mmand0.1mm.ThenthemodelisimportedintoMoldflowsoftwaretocreatetherunne
7、rsandthenstartingthesimulationanalysis.Fromthefillinganalysisresultweknowthatthegatingsystemisreasonableandtheproductisfilledfully.Theplasticmeltflowfrontissimilartotraditionalinjectionmoldingwhichlikesfountain.Theinjectionspeedhasagreatimportanceonthemicr
